Working Out Of Spaces That Work For Me

August 26, 2019 Article

I have been working out of my home for sometime now. I need to get out now. It’s good to make a change, especially when I have to come up with new ideas.

Working from a new place every now and then is my thing. I have an office setup at my place but how often could I be found there? Haha! I don’t work on a 9 to 5 routine and it is impossible for me to sit on a chair for hours at a stretch in my familiar room.

That’s one reason I choose to work from a co-working space or a cafe. I find the ambience a lot more conducive for work. The buzz in the background of the coffee machine letting out steam or some light piano music is also kind of soothing. I like to pack my earphones and a book along with my laptop and I am all set for the day. As someone who needs to be connected for work, I carry my phone everywhere I go. This is when Airtel, with its good network availability, comes in handy. No matter where I go, I can switch on my Airtel 4G hotspot for seamless connectivity. I don’t have to spend time looking for a Wi-Fi connection. On most days, life would be impossible for me without super-fast connectivity. For me, it is distracting to have a comfy couch or my bed in sight while working. That’s why I prefer working out of a café sometimes. These distractions often get in the way of a planned productive day. Wouldn’t you agree? 🙂

On some days, I am on the move for meetings and shoots. Given what I do, I also spend a significant amount of time online – seeing what other content creators are up to, jotting down ideas for my own content pipeline and checking out the latest trends. It’s amazing how much I can get done on my commute home. At shoots, I tend to get a lot of minor tasks out of the way during breaks. Staying connected during studio shoots and on long commutes is often a challenge for people. But thanks to Airtel, that’s not something I have to worry about.

When it comes to calls, I really can’t afford to miss one because the one I miss could be one from a client or an interesting collaboration offer. It’s good that I use a network that makes sure my phone rings no matter where I go. Calls drops and calls that never connect can be so frustrating! With Airtel, I know I can easily connect from anywhere in the city and have uninterrupted conversations.

I think I am largely able to work remotely because of a network I can always count on. What about you guys? Do you guys prefer to out of an office or an unconventional space? And how do you guys like to stay connected? Let me know!
