Personal Style

When people ask me to define my personal style, I am never too sure what to say. I don’t think I can define it in few words or put it in a certain category. For me, my style evolves everyday and I am always experimenting with small things whenever I have to create a look. I also don’t like to box myself with a certain kind of style. If you follow me on my social media, you’d notice how I always have a different ‘look’. One day it’ll be ethnic elements blended with everyday basics, other day it’ll be androgynous, then next athleisure and so on and so forth. I just don’t have a fixed personal style and I try to keep it pretty dynamic. So while I try to invest in versatile closet pieces I can wear in different ways, I also make sure that my accessories can keep up with my ever evolving style. Further, I am not big on accessories per se, you’ll rarely find me all decked up with five different accessories. I keep it to minimal but statement making enough. Besides just jewellery (for accessories), I put in a lot of thought to sunglasses or even watches that I buy. I prefer to keep these fun yet classy. Casio Baby G watches work perfectly for me for the same reason. I can wear these with practically with everything, and all my everyday outfits. Besides that, the Casio Baby G watches are rugged enough so I don’t have to bother about nicks, scratches, drops or even water thanks to beaches and pool life I have here (well, Florida!). I don’t have to think twice before strapping it on my wrist, it’s just always a part of my outfit! You can check out the latest collection here.

This is a recent outfit I shot wearing my current favourite Casio Baby G watch.

(Outfit Details: Zara shirt & choker, Asos skirt, Gucci belt, Ray Ban sunglasses,¬†Diane von Furstenberg flats, Salvatore Ferragamo bag, Forever 21 studs, Victoria’s Secret bralette)
